Innovative Learning by Hydraulic Heritage Mapping (H2O Map)
The Interuniversity Institute of Geography, of the University of Alicante will take part, during the next three years, in the Program Erasmus+ of the European Union, through the project “Innovative Learning by Hydraulic Heritage Mapping (H2O Map)”.
The Interuniversity Institute of Geography will collaborate with the Cátedra-Facsa of the University Jaume I of Castellón, the University of Pavia and diverse institutes of Portugal and Italy, with the aim to develop a platform of educational innovation in the field of the hydraulic heritage and his put in value through the mapping of the hydraulic and historical landmarks. With this, pursues promote the use of the TIC like instrument of educational innovation, connecting the collected of data in field with his projection like tool to teach essential disciplines in the formation of the current society like the geography or the history through the hydraulic heritage. The development and the implementation of the platform of mapping, as well as the formation in his use like educational tool corresponds him to the Interuniversity Institute of Geography, the one who will carry through a squad of researchers formed by María Francisca Zaragoza Martí, Alfredo Ramón Morte and José Manuel Mira Martínez through the Laboratory of Geomatics.
